DISCOVERY CLUBS

Discovery Clubs are coordinated and run district-wide by Right at School who currently manages the before and after school care program for D36. See below for current Crow Island offerings.

  • Parents with an Existing RAS Account (existing RAS Participants) CLICK HERE.
  • Parents who do not have an existing RAS Account (new RAS Participants) CLICK HERE.
  • If a class does not show up in your RAS account it means the class is full. You can join the waitlist by following the steps below. 

After your initial registration, you’ll receive an activation email with instructions to complete your account setup and receive your PIN code. Here’s a helpful step-by-step guide on how to register your child. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please reach out to Right At School here or call 1-855-287-2466.

WINTER 2025/2026 OFFERINGS

Discovery Club  programs begin the week of December 8th and will end February 25th. Registration will be open from November 17th through December 5th. For more information about classes, visit the Right At School website for all the details!

Thank you for your interest in Discovery Clubs! Due to high demand, some clubs may become full quickly. If the club you're interested in is full, you can still add your child(ren) to the waitlist by following the steps below. 

 

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions to Join a Waitlist

  1. Do NOT Log In to Your RAS Account: To access the waitlist form, you must not be signed into your RAS account. Logging in will hide full clubs from your view.
  2. Go to the RAS Website - Visit the RAS website (insert actual link) in your browser. 
  1. Navigate to Your School’s Discovery Club Page - From the main menu or homepage, find the Discovery Clubs section. Select the page for your child’s specific school. 
  1. Find the Club You’re Interested In 
  • Full clubs will be marked as “FULL”. 
  • Since you are not logged in, the full clubs will still appear on the page.
  1. Locate the Waitlist Link 
  • On the right-hand side of the full club listing, you will see a link. 
  • This is the waitlist form for that specific club. 
  1. Complete the Waitlist Form - Click the link and fill out the form with your child(ren)’s information.  If you have more than one child please fill out the form more than once. Submit the form to officially add your child(ren)’s to the waitlist. 
  1. Confirmation - After submitting, you may receive a confirmation message or email. Our team will contact you if a spot becomes available. 

 Important Reminders 

  • Do not log in to your account if you are trying to view or access the waitlist. Each full club has its own separate waitlist form. 
  • Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot, but families will be contacted in order of submission if space opens up.
