The Executive Board meets once a month during the school year. Meetings begin at 9:00 AM and are open to all parents. Meeting dates for the 2026-2027 school year are:

Central PTO Dues and Crow Island PTO Dues

The Winnetka 36 Central PTO collects dues from each school based on their student enrollment (each school's PTO writes a check to Central PTO). Any excess is distributed back to each school before the end of the year. This will allow the excess to stay at the schools and benefit the current students and teachers.

In addition to Central PTO dues, the Crow Island PTO collects annual dues that benefit Crow Island students, teachers, and staff.

PTO Bylaws

The Crow Island PTO operates under the bylaws of the Winnetka Central PTO, which represents the PTOs of all the schools in Winnetka District 36: Crow Island, Greeley, Hubbard Woods, Skokie, and Washburne. To view the bylaws, click here.
